What is unclaimed money?

Many people do not know or are not aware that unclaimed money due them may be held by a Government Entity. We locate these funds in our normal course of business. However large of a sum, we believe the money belongs with the rightful owners and shouldn't be kept by government. If no one claims these funds the government may be able to keep them.

Where does the money come from?

The money comes from different places within the government. There’s a time limit as to when it can be claimed and then goes back to a government entity. This is Escheat – Unclaimed Money.

How are we able to locate you?

We have trained and well experienced locators who conducts searches and investigations.

Once we know the list of possible claimants and money, we do the following:

-We put together the list in Claim ID # order.

-We then have numerous people skip trace to find possible owners and relatives.

-We then communicate by telephone, email and regular mail in order to locate the rightful owners of funds.

-We research the government entity that has unclaimed funds.

-We pay for attorney fees, mobile notary fees and any fees required to acquire the money.

What is the process?

Once we have verified that you are the rightful owner, we will go to work for you collecting your money. To do this, we will need an agreement signed by you and notarized by the Mobile Notary we send to you. We need this agreement for us to have the authority to collect the money. We will prepare all paper work that will be needed to claim the money. The Mobile Notary will come to you with the Agreement and any forms needed to claim the money. We will handle all the details. After the Mobile Notary has all forms signed, you will know where we are retrieving your money.

Take note, WE DO NOT CHARGE AN UPFRONT FEE! You will net the amount that is on your email or letter sent to you and also the Agreement. The amount is generally over $9,000 and as much as $230,000.
